Payment using interbank fund transfer:
- an order receipt will be sent to the email address provided for payment.
- notify us once TT is done through the order receipt email sent to you.
- order will be processed and delivery date will be emailed to you once TT notification is received and confirmed.
- Refund policy - all sales are final and we do not issue refund after the product is shipped.
- Exchange policy - we will replace incorrect merchandise sent. All postage costs will be borne by us. All exchanges must be made 3 days after goods are received and in original condition.
- Delivery - we will not bear liability for losses and damages occur during shipping.
- Lil' Tresor creations are handmade and therefore do expect some slight variations. Also depending on your computer monitor resolution and settings, the color of the Lil' Tresor products may appear slightly different from the actual items. We hope for your understanding on this.
- Lil' Tresor hair accessories are made to be worn on the right side and mounted on a fully lined 4.5cm single prong stainless steel aligator clip. Non slip is also added without extra cost.
- Lil' Tresor hair accessories may contain small objects that may pose a choking hazard to young children. Do not leave them unattended while they are wearing Lil' Tresor hair accessories.

Lil' Tresor products are packed and delivered in hard rigid gift boxes. These beautiful gift boxes serve to protect the products from damaged during delivery and at the same time look presentable to be sent as gift to your friends and love ones. The size of the box/boxes used depends on the product type and number of products purchased.
Depending on the design type, purchase of 1 crochet item only might be bubble wrapped without rigid box for postage.
